Laundromat FAQ
All of our locations are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our Airport #2, Theodore, Biloxi and Pascagoula locations all have friendly attendants from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our machines run on tokens and coins. You can use credit cards and debit cards to purchase tokens at any of our locations. We also have change machines on site for quarters and dollar coins.
Yes, each location has larger machines so that you can wash bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your laundry at our Airport #2, Theodore, Biloxi or Pascagoula locations any time between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
We use only premium brand products when we launder your clothes. Options include Tide, Gain and a Free & Clear option.
Our wash and fold service is only $2.00/lb.
There is a $15 minimum for wash and fold orders.
Generally, your laundry is finished the same day.
No, we will never mix your laundry with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery laundry services seven days a week, from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.50 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.60 a pound. If you need your laundry back the same day it is $3.00 a pound.
In most areas the minimum is $30 but some of our Mississippi areas have a $40 minimum.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It usually takes less than 2 minutes.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you the next day.
You do not. Just let us know in the driver's notes what secure location you will be leaving your laundry so our driver knows where to find it.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions.
There is not. You can cancel your service at any time, but we are confident you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
We ask for your credit card information when you sign up. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that will securely cinch closed.
You can always log into your account and suspend your service until you get back.
